I've been fortunate to build a career in IT, beginning as a programmer and spending a decade developing software for brokerage and banking systems in the USA and Brazil.

This deep dive into the SDLC led me to co‑found two start‑ups: a web development studio and an e‑commerce fashion store based on the MAGENTO COMMERCE platform (now, AEM Commerce).

The lessons in entrepreneurship honed my ability to scale growth, find product‑market fit, understand customer needs through continuous feedback, VoC analysis, market research, and ultimately, understand the crucial link between technical execution and business outcomes.

Returning to the corporate environment, I've focused on leading projects, products and teams in charge of the development and delivery of technical solutions across several verticals.

And while technical expertise is essential, I’ve learned that staying aligned with stakeholders and nurturing trust with the business is just as critical for delivering the right products and services.
